“ I was in town for work for two weeks. Ate here 4-5 times. The steak and fish were outstanding. I travel for work about 200 days a year and this spot is some of the best and most consistently delicious food I have had in all 50 states. The sides were delicious , good draft beer and friendly prompt service. The prices are also extremely fair! ”
“ The New York strip was excellent. I ordered it medium-rare and it had very good sear on the outside and had red in the middle like it should, very happy with it. ”
“ We are locals and have enjoyed going to the cave for many years. Recently we visited Marx Brothers Cafe in Anchorage which is touted as one of the best restaurants in Anchorage. After eating at the Cave tonight our experience there was far superior to anything we had at Marx Brother's. The calamari was delicious with a nice light breading and tangy sauce. Both of us had the grilled Ribeye which was nicely seasoned and perfectly cooked. My wife had the mashed potatoes and I chose french fries and both were cooked and seasoned perfectly as well. Zucchini was the vegetable served with our dinner and if you've never cared for them before, you will definitely appreciate and not be disappointed. They had a nice seasoned flavor and cooked but not mushy. Rodney is doing an excellent job in the kitchen and our waitress Kim didn't let us down either, friendly and providing great service in the front of the house. Whether you live here or are just passing through stop in and enjoy what they have to offer, it's the best place in town! ”
“ Delicious food here. I highly recommend getting a meal here if you are looking for a place to eat out in Delta Junction. Service was good, and the prices are very reasonable for a small Alaskan town. ”
“ We stopped here based on other reviews, and we're so glad we did. We shared a steamed clam appetizer, and split the surf and turf entree. It was more than enough for 2 of us, and everything was cooked perfectly. The service was great, and the food arrived quickly. ”
“ The cave is the best sit down restaurant in Delta Junction. Good prices on beer and cocktails. I mean where else in Alaska can you get craft beer for 5.25 a pint? Food is always good. I always sit at the bar and have great service. Johnny is normally the bartender when I go and he is awesome. This place is great! ”
“ Great selection of food and beers. Really impressed by the broad set of options. All of our meal was fresh and well prepared - salad greens, great steaks with vegetables, etc. We had the breaded Cajun spiced chicken wings for an appetizer and REALLY liked them - definitely a must! Service and atmosphere were great. Will definitely visit again if in town. ”
“ Great food for a fair price. I had a steak which was perfectly cooked to order. Also the sides were great. The staff was very friendly and they offer a large collection of different draft beers. ”
